Jay went out of his way to accommodate my schedule. Communication was great. He showed up promptly at our scheduled time. Jay took extra care to protect my floors and spent extra time getting my 140 pound dog’s hair out of the sofa. He is pleasant and professional. Jay was great. He explained why he couldn’t clean two of our carpets ( material) but stayed to clean one even though it was under the minimum required for a call out.
